Group Session Details & Pricing

Our group sessions are a great way to capture bold, dynamic portraits for your team or athlete group at an affordable rate.


Minimum of 10 Athletes purchasing individual photos required for group pricing of $75+ tax per athlete.


We are a small husband and wife team that run all aspects of our media days, we are only able to accommodate a max of 35 athletes in a group session.


What’s Included:

Each athlete receives 3 professionally posed digital images

One team photo for the group

If there are seniors, a group senior photo

High-resolution images delivered in an online gallery for download


Lighting & Customization

Due to the fast-paced nature of group sessions, lighting setups are more limited than in personalized sessions. We’ll have 2 professional lighting setups, and each athlete will rotate through them for their individual poses.

While athletes can choose their poses within the setup, lighting is not customized per person. If you're looking for full creative flexibility and individualized styling, we recommend booking a custom 1-on-1 session.


Facility Coordination

The team coordinator is responsible for:

  • Securing the location for the photo session
  • Ensuring that all facility needs (such as access to lights, power, and indoor or outdoor space) are met and confirmed in advance

Please note:

The amount of time we’ll need at the facility depends on the number of athletes participating, typically ranging from 3–6 hours to allow for setup, shooting, and breakdown.

We’re happy to help guide that timeline once your group size is confirmed.
